Are There Any Special Requirements for Propane Tank Installation?

Our experienced technicians will ensure the safe and compliant installation of your new propane tank. Specific installation requirements may vary based on local regulations and your unique circumstances. Our team will work closely with you to ensure your propane supply is efficient, safe and compliant. 

Can I Get Propane Delivery on a Regular Schedule? 

When you are on Will Call you must contact us to place your propane order, ideally when your tank level reaches 30% to ensure enough propane is available while we prepare and deliver your propane order. If you are enrolled for Automatic Deliveries, we take care of everything; our delivery team monitors your tank levels and starts working on your order when needed, ensuring you always have an adequate propane supply. 

How Can I Monitor My Propane Usage?

We provide propane monitoring solutions that allow you to track your propane usage conveniently. Our SMART*Tank™ technology ensures you have a reliable supply of propane when you need it.

Expected minimum propane consumption of 1,500 litres per year at the account level, entry into a General Retail Agreement (GRA) with automatic delivery and a five-year initial term, rental of all propane equipment from Superior with SMART Tank^TM wireless sensor(s) installed, and mySUPERIOR^TM online account access registration, required. Credit for free propane litres will be automatically applied to first propane delivery. At the applicable delivery address only: (a) equipment rental fee(s) payable with respect to first year of GRA initial term will be waived; and (b) except for Change of Ownership Customers (as defined in GRA) and customers switching from an alternative heating fuel source, equipment installation fee(s) will be waived, up to a maximum of CN $299.00. Subject to credit approval. Offer subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Offer is subject to applicable taxes and fees set out in GRA, applies once per eligible customer and to one delivery address only (as determined by Superior), is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable. Existing Miller Propane, Highlands Propane and Superior Propane customers not eligible.  

*A “small commercial” customer means a commercial customer that is expected to use, on average, less than 10,000 litres of propane per year at the account level.
